"Before contacting Northside, I had another HVAC company look at my malfunctioning furnace. Not only were they not thorough in their inspection, they told me I needed a new furnace and tried to upsell me on other items. Not feeling comfortable with the first diagnosis, I contacted Northside for a second opinion. The Northside technician Caleb was very thorough in his inspection and tested all of the furnace circuits and sensors. He was correct in his diagnosis and post-repair my furnace is working perfectly again. So instead of paying for a new furnace, I did not need, I only needed to pay for a simple repair. Northside is an honest company with a lot of integrity and they've won my business for life."
